Huizhou District

Located in the central part of Huangshan City. Huizhou District has jurisdiction over 7 towns, covering an area of 424 square kilometers. Four state-level protected cultural relics are found here, ranking No.1 in Anhui Province .This district is an important industrial base of Huangshan City, for the industrict output value of its enterprises accounts for one third of the city's industial output .Its leading industries include fine chemistry, machinery manufacturing, agricultural products processing. Huangshan Maofeng Tea originates form this area.The honey output in Xixinan Town ranks first in Anhui province Huizhou District is home to several 4A-class scenic spots, such as Tangmo, Chengkan Qiankou Ancient Buildings Museum. The Former site of the New Fourth Army Headquarters at Yansi at one of “the Top Ten Revolutionary Tourist Sites in Anhui Province”.
